Ginger was amazing. Her professionalism, patient care, personal care toward my needs were great. She followed up and kept me informed throughout my appointment. Genisis was amazing too. She went above and beyond with my cleaning and ensured that I was without pain during my deep cleaning. The doctor/dentist I had today wasn’t my regular dentist, but after today Dr. Basta will be my preferred dentist. She was informative and had a great patient and doctor exchange/communication. She was personable and truly had my best interest in mind. Without exception, Angel is always great. I truly appreciate his customer service, kindness, and professionalism. He always knows how to check for both of my insurance plans, etc. He always goes above and beyond, and I noticed it isn’t just with me but with every patient that arrives. He provides dual language assistance as well. I’ve been coming here for a while, and today - I had the best experience.

Was out of town and was able to find this office near my location . They were so kind and understanding to my concern got me in same day . Cindy and Jackie were the sweetest but honestly all the office staff were very welcoming. Big big shoutout to Baltazar the lead who was able to address my concerns and was able to get me in and out . He was so professional and was walking me throughout the process and making sure I was doing ok.
