As soon as i entered the office i was greeted by the receptionists & quickly got checked in . Older kids started school & i had my baby with me . As soon as they noticed my baby they came over & asked if they could see him & of course i said yes . I then got called back to do x rays & was offered if it was okay that the receptionists kept an eye on him for me while i do my xrays done . Luckily baby was asleep. Until he woke up & i needed to give him his bottle . The xray tech was so patient & even assured me to take my time & make sure baby was okay . After that i got taken to the room & was greet by Mrs. Nina . She was super sweet . She did some exams & then i waited for the dr to come in . I got seen by Dr Habib & my goodness there isnt enough words to describe how amazing she is ! She assured me i would be well taken care of & not get taken advantage of with unnecessary work ( which i have had issues with in the past at a different dentist ) we came up with a treatment plan & thats when i got to meet Jackie . She broke down the cost of what my damage would be & came up what to do . The last person i had on my team today was Natalie . She was quick & did a good job with my temporary crown . Although i was there for a good bit of time i kept getting checked on & getting updates & made sure that not only i was good & comfortable but that my son was good also . I cannot recommend this place enough . & the only regret i have was not finding this office sooner & getting in before today .

Amazing experience. Doctor Mercer, and all of the assistants were very professional and very caring, listening to my concerns and making me feel at ease. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, especially since i was getting a root canal and crown for the first time. Couldn't recommend them enough 👌.
