After avoiding the dentist for over 10 years, I was nervous — but this visit was a perfect 10/10 experience! The check-in clerk was attentive and I was seen in under 10 minutes. Ginger took my X-rays with a fun, upbeat vibe, explained each one, and showed the images on the impressive 24-inch monitor attached to the chair. Dr. Mercer was informative and gave anesthesia so smoothly I felt nothing while my cavities were treated. Alondra made insurance and payments easy — she clearly explained coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and financing options. Aime was great during my deep cleaning, and Gen (the hygienist) left my teeth feeling cleaner than ever! The entire team was outstanding. This is now my permanent dentist. Highly recommend!
