I was a little saddened to go in there for teeth cleaning, and came out with a tooth being pulled, and a bridge commencing. Not the offices fault but a lot to take in, in a short period of time and then have it happen. You have a great staff. It is what it is at this point.

I cannot express enough the professionalism and patient focus of Dr. Habib and her assisting staff. I had a minor dental emergency, and Crossing Dental Group found a same-day appointment. I thought I would simply be replacing a crown. Dr. Habib listened to my "story" and then began an examination. The crown was the least of my worries as they showed me photos of new crown (placed by another dental office - NOT Crossing) that had fractures and a large cavity just below the crown. There was a lot more wrong and everything was clearly explained. Here is the best part: Dr. Habib explained the situation and provided several options and probable outcomes. For the first time, I had a dentist who was really working with me to fix my problem in the most cost-effective way. In the end, I chose the option that would cost more now but save a lot more later. Dr. Habib and her assistants stuck with me for six (6) hours to prepare teeth for a bridge, pull one infected tooth, and take impressions. I also had a deep cleaning and periodontal treatment. While there was a little discomfort, I really had no pain - even that night when I got home. The assisting technicians, Aimee and Becca, were great as well. As a team, along with Dr. Habib, they explained everything they were doing and why, making sure that I was comfortable with the process. On the other hand, Abby, who handles all of the coordination with insurance, made the process easy and I believe, maximized my insurance benefits. I highly recommend Crossing Dental Group and Orthodontics located in Perris, CA. The business really works to make sure the patient understands what and why a procedure is needed. No one loves going to the dentist - but Dr. Habib and team make it as "painless" as possible.

Excellent service. What I personally feel that is a key component is their patience and non pressure when I do not the funds to proceed with treatments and have a flexible payment plan to offer. The front desk staff is awesome and absolutely welcoming every visit so far. Good job guys!
